What We Do

OUR OVERSEAS MISSION IN SOUTHERN SUDAN

Afro-Canadian Evangelical Mission is working in Mundri County in Western Equatoria State in Southern Sudan. Our objectives are as follows:

  • To provide health care facilities to those in need in Southern Sudan
  • To provide educational facilities to those in need in Southern Sudan
  • To build orphanages for orphans and other vulnerable children in Southern Sudan
  • To support the widows and single parents in Southern Sudan
  • To provide counseling support to the disabled in Southern Sudan
  • To build Churches and housing for local Pastors in Southern Sudan
  • To provide water and sanitation to those in need in Southern Sudan
  • To implement agricultural development project in Southern Sudan
  • To provide HIV/AIDS awareness campaign in Southern Sudan
  • To provide emergency relief during the disaster in Southern Sudan

OUR LOCAL MISSION IN CANADA

In addition, ACEM is providing settlement services to the Sudanese immigrants and refugees in British Columbia in Canada. Our goal is to provide counseling service for Sudanese individuals, couples and families who are dealing with stress and emotional grief in Abbotsford and the Lower Mainland. The ACEM Counselors are committed to provide Counseling in English, Arabic and a variety of Sudanese local languages.
